Engr SHOLA TAYLOR
CEO-TETCONSULT
Shola Taylor is the CEO of Tetconsult and the immediate past Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization. He was former Chairman of ITU Radio Regulations Board Geneva, former Member of the Board of Nigerian Communications Commission and the E Africa Commission. He had served as Adviser to Ministers of Communications of Nigeria, Rwanda and South Africa. 1–1e has held other senior positions in the ICT sector nationally, regionally and internationally at the ITU in Geneva, Inmarsat in UK, Afritech Mobile Nigeria and Intelsat USA.
He has travelled far and wide and at the last count to over 85 countries on ICT
business. He has overseen network development planning and operations.
Shola Taylor has a passion for passing and sharing knowledge with colleagues
and younger professionals. He graduated with a Masters degree in
Telecommunications Systems at the University of Essex, UK.
Engr Stephen BELLO
Senior Consultant, Tetconsult
Stephen BELLO – Senior Consultant, Tetconsult – has over 45 years of multi sector working experience spanning industry, the academia and government. He was former Head of Spectrum Administration at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and later served as Executive Commissioner (Engineering and Standards) with the Commission.
He also acted as the Ag Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) until he retired from the NCC. Prior to that, he served as Transmission Systems Expert at ITT and its subsidiaries in the UK, Belgium and Italy. He also served at GTW (Nig) Ltd, Nigeria, a subsidiary of GTE Corporation, USA. Engr Bello has helped draft various regulations for government agencies and provides regulatory consultancy to private organisations.
He was previously Chief Technologist in Telecommunications Systems Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Stephen Bello graduated with a BSc degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Ife, Nigeria..

A professional engineer with an MBA and a post-master’s certificate in Leadership Coaching from Wits Business School, he is a certified Management Consultant and Master Coach. A Founders Circle member of the John Maxwell Team, he has worked with organizations across Africa, Europe, and North America.

Dr. Jackie Jeffrey, Senior Consultant at Tetconsult UK, is a senior lecturer with over 20 years of academic and consultancy experience. She specializes in leadership, change management, workforce development, and education innovation. She founded the People Leader’s Network (PLN), promoting community collaboration through groups on sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellbeing.

Dr. Edmund Katiti, Chairman of Tetconsult Alliance, is an ICT policy and telecommunications expert with global experience. He has held senior roles at the African Union’s NEPAD Agency and served as Commonwealth Coordinator for the World Radiocommunications Conference. He holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunication Systems Engineering from the University of Essex, UK.

Kemi Taylor, Associate Consultant at Tetconsult, is a global IT expert with over 13 years of experience in digital transformation and change management. She leads The Growing Leader programme on leadership development, is CEO of Kareeti Ltd, and holds a Computer Science degree from Imperial College London.She has lived in four countries across three continents.

Prof. Angelo Kehayas is a leadership and corporate governance coach with Tetconsult and CEO of ProfWeb. He is an accredited Master Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Master Coaches of South Africa. With over 30 years of international experience, he currently represents South Africa at the ICMCI.
Samuel Olalekan OGUNLEYE

Dr. Olalekan Samuel Ogunleye is Head of Mobile Development, Strategy, and Business Innovations at Eyethenticate/Aithenticate Computervision Lab. Formerly with CSIR and Google South Africa, he holds degrees in Computer Science and an MBA. His interests span cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, e-government, enterprise applications, and IT governance.

Charles Awuzie is a leading African cybersecurity expert and CEO of Gemsbok Group, where he leads a team of ethical hackers. He also facilitates cybersecurity training with Tetconsult and founded gemsbokGPT, an AI platform serving thousands of users. With over 300,000 social media followers, he holds a degree in Medical Biochemistry from Abia State University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
